Our Story
How HR Partner Started
HR Partner was founded after years of watching talented professionals — CFOs, engineers, HR directors, senior sales leaders — struggle to break into new markets despite exceptional track records.
The problem was never their ability. It was access. Job portals reward volume, not quality. Traditional agencies chase employer fees, not candidate outcomes. The system was built for the employer, not for you.
We built HR Partner to flip that model. We work exclusively for the candidate. Our fee structure, our process, and our loyalty are entirely on your side of the table.
Today we operate across four markets — the UK, Australia, UAE and USA — with specialist consultants who live and breathe each market. We have placed professionals at every level from senior manager to C-suite, across Finance, Engineering, Technology, HR, Sales, Marketing, Construction, SCM and more.
